If you are a registered Member who creates product and list them and uses the Website as a platform for selling your degital art you are considered a Designer. We will collect and process personal data as necessary to register your account

Additionally, in order to be eligible for royalty payments for your products sold on our Website in addition we would collect and process your personal data that you are obliged to provide when signing the Payment Agreement Form:

we may use your activity data (product sold, uploaded, ratings, likes, comments, etc.) to add the reputation points and assign the profile level, which is related to a Royalty rate and allows users to increase their earnings.
